Exchange Eligibility
You can raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted
Products must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging
No. We do not offer returns or refunds. Only exchanges are available for eligible orders.
Yes, as long as each item meets the exchange eligibility criteria.
Exchange Charges
Yes. A ₹99 exchange fee per order is applicable.
Yes. If the new product costs more than the original product, the price difference must be paid before dispatch.
The remaining balance will remain in the account created on the website and can be used for making future purchases.
Exchange Process
- Raise an exchange request with the Exchange Portal
- Our courier partner schedules a pickup.
- The product is delivered back to our warehouse. The delivery timeline to be delivered to the warehouse is 6-7 working days.
- After receiveing, the product(s) are inspected by our team.
- Once approved, the exchange order is dispatched.
Pickup is usually attempted within 1–2 working days after the exchange request is approved.
Some pincodes may be temporarily unserviceable by the courier partner. Pickup timelines are subject to courier serviceability, which is outside DKY's control.
Once the returned product passes inspection, the exchange order is usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Pickup & Inspection
Exchange requests may be rejected if:
- The product is used, washed, damaged, or altered.
- Tags are missing.
- The product has perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, or any signs of wear.
- The item returned is different from the item approved for exchange.
No. Delivery executives only collect the package. They are not responsible for checking or matching the product being handed over.
DKY will not be responsible for incorrect products handed over during pickup. A ₹200 shipping and handling fee must be paid before the exchange order can be released.
Store Credit
Yes, store credit can be applied during checkout on future purchases unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation Policy
Prepaid orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
You must send an email to support@lovedky.com within 1 hour of placing the order. A cancellation request is considered valid only after the email is received.
