How would I return my item?
If you have any defect with your product please reach us within the first 3 days after receiving the product.
What is the return policy?
If in case you have a defect(such as a tear or a stain on the product) - we can replace it or issue a discount code for the amount spent on lovedky.com
COD charges are not included in the discount code that will be issued.
THERE IS NO RETURN PROCEDURE FOR WRONG/ NEGLIGENT ORDERS AND REFUND REQUESTS PLACED BY CUSTOMERS RELATING TO THE FITTING OF THE PRODUCT, PRODUCT QUALITY, COLOR, OR SIZE.
Products may differ slightly in color from what is shown in the pictures.
What is the cancellation policy?

We cannot cancel the product if your consignment has left the warehouse.
For prepaid orders, if you wish to cancel your order, please do let us know 1 hour after placing the order. After 1 hour, the order gets processed automatically.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
