1. Can the product be returned/exchanged?

  • No Exchanges or Returns available on the products purchased from the Sale section.

2. Can 2 offers be combined?

  • Unfortunately, no 2 offers can be combined.

3. What are the dates of the SummerSale?

  • 10th May, 2024 - 20th May, 2024
  • The Sale section will be up indefinitely and all the terms and conditions of the Sale - are applicable for products purchased from the Sale section.

4. If the product received is damaged, what are the next steps?

  • Please send us the video of the unboxing and the damaged product and email us on - our team will help you with the process.
  • Note - the video has to be of the entire unboxing of the shipment received.

5. What is the delivery time of the order placed?

  • Please expect the product to arrive in 5-10 working days.

6. How will you update me about my order?

  • We send all updates via Whatsapp or you can reach out to our team on our email id -

7. Can we cancel a prepaid order once placed?

  • Unfortunately, no. Our systems automatically process the order which makes it difficult for us to cancel.

8. What if I get a damaged product?

  • We will send a replacement. If the product is sold out - we will issue store credit for the amount spent on the product.
